Team Gathers for Annual Planning Retreat


All members of the City of Lakes Family Health Team gathered for a full-day planning retreat on Friday, January 13, 2012. The purpose of the retreat was to identify priority programs, improve internal and external communication systems and enhance team dynamics.

Retreat outcomes included a priority list of patient programs and information sessions. The team also identified improvements to implementing and promoting those programs. For example, screen savers in all examination room computer screens will highlight upcoming programs to patients waiting to be seen by their provider.
