Flu Shot Clinics



We will be offering flu shot clinics at one of our clinics every Friday from October 14th to November 4th, as follows:

  • Sudbury Clinic-  Oct 14th, 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Walden Clinic-   Oct 21st, 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Sudbury Clinic-  Oct 28th, 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Val Caron Clinic- Nov 4th, 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Sudbury Clinic- Nov 18th, 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Val Caron Clinic- Nov 25th, 8:30am - 4:30pm

These clinics are open to any patient of the City of Lakes Family Health Team. Patients are required to make an appointment by calling our clinics:

These clinics are being offered in cooperation with the Sudbury & District Health Unit. Public Health Nurses will be on site at our clinics to administer the vaccines.
