Patient Portal Pilot Program
The City of Lakes Family Health Team is one of three FHT's in Ontario that will be piloting a patient portal in 2012. A patient portal gives patients access to their electronic medical records, exchange messages with their providers and even schedule appointments. The outcome of this pilot project will determine if the patient portal will be an ongoing feature of our team.
Our patient portal can be accessed at www.MyDoctor.ca. A few hundred patients identified by our physicians will be invited to participate.
