Patient Rights

  • To be treated in a safe and secure environment
  • To be treated in a kind and respectful way
  • To participate in the care that’s provided to you
  • To ask questions of the people providing your care
  • To refuse to receive care you don’t want
  • To have your personal health information remain private
  • To be treated with respect and dignity
  • To a scent-free environment
  • To receive reasonable notification when an appointment has to be re-scheduled (preferably 24 hours)
