The City of Lakes Family Health Team’s Board of Directors is conducting an internal strategic review in 2014-15.
As part of this process they have sought input from key community stakeholders.
The online survey promoted broader community engagement, invited a diverse range of perspectives and, subsequently, increased our accountability to the community.
Highlights of the survey results include the following:
- 100% of respondents rates their general impression of the City of Lakes FHT as excellent or very good
- 100 % rated the integration of electronic medical records as a high priority
- 84% rated patient access to the Ontario Telemedicine Network as a high priority
- 77% rated physician recruitment as a high priority
