Federal Minister Visits our Clinic

The City of Lakes Family Health Team was honoured to host a visit with the Federal Minister of Health, Jean-Yves Duclos, on May 23, 2023. The Federal Ministry is responsible for Health Canada, the Public Health Agency of Canada and the Canada Health Act. The Minister was accompanied by local Members of Parliament Vivian Lapointe and Marc Serré as well as Mayor Paul Lefebvre. The delegation was interested in learning more about team-based primary care and what they could do to help us better serve our patients.
