The Northeast Specialized Geriatric Services has invited the CoLFHT to participate on a newly-formed Geriatrics Network.
The Network includes representatives from Health Sciences North, the CCAC, Alzheimer’s Society, and the North Bay Regional Health Centre. Its mandate is to act in a leadership capacity to guide the development of the specialized geriatric services system on a local level within the city of Greater Sudbury.
The Network will ensure consistency in approach, strategy, priorities and outcomes across the continuum of specialized geriatric services, programs and initiatives.
