Representatives from the East and West campuses of the Northern Ontario School of Medicine met in Sudbury on Tuesday November 11th, 2008 to discuss the development of an Academic Family Health Team.
The full-day retreat took place in the educational training room at the City of Lakes Family Health Team in Val Caron. Dr. David Topps facilitated the session.
